Ordering Guidelines

    *  All prices are subject to change without notice and do not include state and

         local tax

     *  A 50 % deposit is required with all orders.

     *  We accept corporate checks, major credit cards, and cash

     *  We request 24 hours notice on cancellations. 20% of deposit will be retained

         for late cancellations

     *  Because many of our ingredients are specialty items, we request 72 hours

         notice for most events

     *  Delivery is available within 10 miles for an additional $20.00

     *  Please inform us about any dietary or allergy issues or concerns.

     *  A charge of $1.00 per person if we are supplying plates, silverware and servers

     *  Deposit of $20.00 If we supply racks, steam trays & sterno. Full supply deposit ($20.00) refunded upon return of racks and pans
